Michael Salvo is the Founder and CEO of Nilson Sports. He studied Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management at Northeastern University. In 2014, Michael became Founder and CEO of the digital marketing agency Whitecap Digital, helping ecommerce companies generate over $100 million in revenue. Combining his passion for college sports and success in the marketing industry, Michael is building Nilson Sports into the go-to NIL marketing agency for college athletes seeking to capitalize on their name, image, and likeness.

Dylan Steele

Head of NIL Strategy

Dylan Steele began his work in the NIL industry during his time as a student athlete at the University of Michigan where he served as the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Executive Board Chair for NIL & NCAA Legislation playing a key role in setting up the University’s ICON program. Dylan is continuing his education at Western Kentucky University where he is pursuing his MBA. At Nilson Sports, Dylan serves as the Head of NIL Strategy as he continues to pioneer the collegiate NIL space.

Head of Football Operations

Alec Easton serves as the Head of Football Operations & NIL Brand Partnerships at Nilson Sports, bringing a unique blend of sports knowledge and marketing acumen to the athlete representation team. Alec he oversees the operations of Nilson Sports’ football division and ensures the maximization of NIL opportunities for our players, both on and off the field. Additionally, Alec leverages his expertise in sales and marketing to help establish meaningful connections between our athletes and brands.

Daniel Greene

Outside Counsel

Daniel Greene is a licensed attorney with the law firm Newman & Lickstein as well as a Sports Law adjunct professor at SUNY Cortland. He has played an active role in the emerging field of name, image, and likeness (NIL) in college athletics, recognized by On3 as a leading voice in College Sports. Daniel is a graduate of Union College and the Syracuse University College of Law, where he was the President of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society.

Eric Szczepanik

Head of Basketball Operations

Eric serves as Basketball Operations Coordinator, specializing in building relationships with college coaches and general managers alike. He has an extensive background in both college and NBA operations. Eric served as a manager for Coach Mike Krzyzewski in his final season then transitioning to Assistant Director of Basketball Operations for head Coach Jon Scheyer. He has been a part of two Final Fours, two ACC Tournament Championships, two ACC Regular Season Championships and over 15 NBA draft picks.

Nick McElroy is from and resides in Cleveland, Ohio, graduating from Ohio State University with a degree in Sports Management, and is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Ohio University to further his knowledge in the sports landscape. He brings forth a multitude of player recruitment experience to Nilson Sports, working in basketball roster management, scouting, and coaching roles. Nick brings in a passion for basketball, with the determination to help both college basketball players and universities succeed in the growing NIL landscape.

Gabby Stimac is an NIL Agent with a background in sports media, athlete branding, and digital marketing within collegiate athletics. She is currently pursuing a degree in Advocacy and Social Change with a minor in Sport Management at Loyola University Chicago, where she develops a strong foundation in athlete advocacy before pursuing a legal career in sports through law school. Through her work in sports photography, videography, and marketing with Loyola Athletics, Gabby has developed a strong understanding of digital storytelling and athlete brand development, key components of successful NIL partnerships. Additionally, her experience working with advanced analytics in professional sports informs her ability to evaluate athlete market value, audience engagement, and strategic brand partnerships

Clint Brewster

Clint Brewster brings 14 years of national college football expertise to Nilson after serving as a lead analyst for CBS Sports and 247Sports. With a deep background in the game, Clint played quarterback at both the University of Minnesota and Tennessee Tech and comes from a strong football background, as he was coached in high school by legendary Colorado prep coach Dave Logan — the longtime play-by-play voice of the Denver Broncos. Clint’s experience as both a former player and analyst gives him a unique ability to evaluate talent and guide athletes through the landscape of modern college football.

Jackson Simon brings both prior agency and marketing experience to Nilson Sports. A Virginia native who currently resides in Miami, he is a graduate from the University of Miami where he studied Marketing and Sport Administration. His prior marketing experience helps source and land athletes with exciting NIL opportunities, while his prior agency experience helps navigate the new world of college athletics. Jackson began as an NIL Sports Marketing Coordinator, leveraging his unique sales tactics to further maximize brand partnership deals between brands and Nilson Sports’ athletes. His diverse background and enthusiasm for college athletics helps bring Nilson Sports’ athletes the most desirable deals that maximize their value both on and off the field.

Greg Chimera brings over 17 years of collegiate football coaching and recruiting experience, including serving as a head coach, spanning the Ivy League and Division III. A 2009 graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Greg earned a degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Throughout his career, he has evaluated and recruited hundreds of student-athletes while building trusted relationships with players, families, coaches, and administrators. Greg is passionate about helping student-athletes maximize their athletic, academic, and NIL opportunities, using his coaching experience and extensive network to position clients for long-term success both on and off the field. Greg currently resides in Cherry Hill, NJ with his wife and two sons.

Originally from San Diego, Devyn graduated from San Diego State University before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law. While at Oregon, she worked in the Athletic Compliance Office, gaining firsthand experience supporting student-athletes and navigating NCAA regulations. Devyn is also an NFLPA Certified Agent. Having worked closely with student-athletes, Devyn understands that they face unique pressures both on and off the field. Her goal is to help athletes navigate NIL opportunities while serving as a trusted resource as they pursue their athletic, academic, and personal goals.

Austin Lavitt is a licensed attorney and NIL Agent at Nilson Sports. He brings a unique combination of legal, football operations, and athlete representation experience to help collegiate athletes maximize opportunities both on and off the field. Before joining Nilson Sports, Austin worked in Football Administration with the Minnesota Vikings, where he supported player contracts, salary cap management, and CBA compliance, after spending more than six years working alongside NFL player agents on contract negotiations and player representation. Austin earned his J.D. from Tulane University Law School with a concentration in Sports Law and is passionate about helping athletes navigate the evolving NIL landscape while building lasting brands and careers.
